Travel Booking Information
Yuuu Voyage provides bespoke luxury travel advice, accommodation sourcing, individual travel arrangements and lifestyle concierge services. This information explains our role and the basis on which individual bookings are arranged.

Our role
Yuuu Voyage is a trading brand operated by Yuuu Health Ltd. Yuuu Voyage acts as a travel agent and adviser, arranging accommodation and experiences on behalf of the traveller under each supplier's own terms.

Supplier terms and confirmation
Individual bookings are subject to the relevant supplier's terms and conditions. The hotel or property provides its booking terms, which are shared directly with the traveller. Supplier booking terms are provided to you before your booking is confirmed. Availability and arrangements require supplier confirmation. Please review the applicable terms before proceeding with a booking.

Accommodation payments, cancellations and refunds
For accommodation bookings arranged by Yuuu Voyage, the traveller pays the hotel or property directly. The hotel or property is responsible for its contractual cancellation and refund obligations, subject to applicable law. This does not exclude any responsibilities Yuuu Health Ltd has as a booking agent under applicable law.

Experiences and other arrangements
Where we arrange experiences or other services, the supplier, payment route and applicable terms will be confirmed for each arrangement before you proceed.

Yuuu Health services
Yuuu Health services are optional, arranged separately and are not part of any travel booking.

Financial protection
Yuuu Voyage does not hold an ATOL licence and is not an ABTA member. ATOL and ABTA protection are not provided by Yuuu Voyage. Any applicable supplier protections, if available, depend on the particular booking and should be checked in the relevant supplier's booking documentation. IATA registration should not be understood as a statement that ATOL or ABTA protection is provided.

Supplier commissions
Yuuu Health Ltd receives commissions from participating travel suppliers in connection with bookings, generally after your completed stay.

Please contact me@yuuu.io. We acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to respond in full within ten working days; if an investigation takes longer, we will keep you updated.
